CUSTOMER PDPL INFORMATION NOTICE

Introduction
As Get Well Healthcare Services Limited Company (hereinafter referred to as “BEAUTY FLIGHTS,” “Company,” or “We”), we take utmost care to protect the privacy of your personal data and process it in accordance with the relevant legislation while providing the services to you. In compliance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”), we would like to provide you with information on the following matters within this information notice:

  • How can we obtain your personal data?
  • What personal data do we process?
  • For what purposes and based on what legal grounds do we process your personal data?
  • For what purposes and with whom can we share your personal data?
  • What are your rights regarding your personal data and how can you exercise these rights?

How can we obtain your personal data?
As BEAUTY FLIGHTS, we can establish contact with you through various channels. For example:

  • During your visits to our agencies or branches,
  • When you call our call center and leave your information,
  • During your visit to our website or when you register and make a reservation,
  • During your communication with our customer service or other BEAUTY FLIGHTS employees via email. Additionally, if your relationship with our company is conducted through an intermediary, we may obtain your personal data via these intermediary institutions.

What personal data do we process?
As BEAUTY FLIGHTS, we may process different categories of your personal data in the context of the services we provide to you:

  • Identity and contact information: Your name, surname, Turkish ID number, passport, etc., along with your email address, phone number, mobile phone number, identity information, and address details.
  • Visual and auditory records: Your photo, call center recordings.
  • Financial information: Financial records or payment information related to the services you have purchased from our company.
  • Current and past transaction information: Your hotel or package tour preferences or travel information related to your current or past reservations.
  • Request and complaint information: Written or verbal records related to requests or complaints you have made regarding the services provided by BEAUTY FLIGHTS or special requests related to an existing reservation.
  • Insurance information: Details of your travel insurance policy.
  • Professional information: Details related to your occupation.
  • Other information: Your marriage date and child information
  • Special categories of personal data: In the event that you have health conditions that may require special needs during your travel or if you request changes or cancellations to your reservation due to an illness, we may process health-related personal data, which is considered special categories of personal data.

For what purposes do we process your personal data?
As BEAUTY FLIGHTS, we may process your personal data for the following purposes and based on the legal grounds mentioned:

  • We process your personal data for the purpose of providing you with the products and services you requested, in accordance with the legal basis specified in Article 5, Paragraph 2, Subparagraph (c) of the Law, which states “necessary or directly related for the establishment and performance of a contract.” At BEAUTY FLIGHTS, we offer many products and services, including tour reservations. In order to provide you with the products and services you requested, or to enable your membership registration on our website, we process your personal data such as identity, contact, request, or financial information. This allows us to track your bookings, the operational process, and your membership process. For example, in order to carry out a package tour you have chosen, we make hotel reservations, purchase flight tickets on your behalf, notify the people who will meet you, and provide you with informative communications about your travel. If it is necessary to process special categories of data during the reservation process, we will request your explicit consent before processing this data.
  • We process your personal data for the purpose of improving the quality of our products and services, based on the legal grounds specified in Article 5, Paragraph 2, Subparagraph (f) of the Law, which states “legitimate interest of the data controller,” and sometimes based on the legal grounds specified in Article 5, Paragraph 2, Subparagraph (d) of the Law, which states “the data subject has made it public.” At BEAUTY FLIGHTS, we are constantly seeking ways to provide better service to our guests. We process your personal data to improve the quality of our products and services and measure guest satisfaction through business development activities and analyses. Additionally, we may process your personal data included in public feedback you provide via social media to enhance our products and services and assess customer satisfaction.
  • For the purpose of concluding your requests and complaints, we process your personal data based on the legal grounds specified in Article 5, Paragraph 2, Subparagraph (f) of the Law, which states “legitimate interest of the data controller,” and Article 5, Paragraph 2, Subparagraph (ç) of the Law, which states “the data controller’s fulfillment of a legal obligation.” Your requests and feedback are very important to us. In order to evaluate your requests on how we can improve the services we provide to you and to resolve any issues you have encountered, or to take necessary measures to prevent them from happening again, we may process your personal data.
  • For the purpose of creating financial records, we process your personal data based on the legal grounds specified in Article 5, Paragraph 2, Subparagraph (c) of the Law, which states “necessary or directly related for the establishment and performance of a contract.” While carrying out our company’s financial processes, we may process your personal data. For example, your personal data may be processed during the issuance of invoices for the services we provide, the creation of financial records, or the execution of financial audits.
  • For the purpose of conducting internal company activities, we process your personal data based on the legal grounds specified in Article 5, Paragraph 2, Subparagraph (f) of the Law, which states “legitimate interest of the data controller.” As in almost every company, we may process your personal data while conducting certain processes and creating records within our company. For example, we may process your personal data while managing our information technology infrastructure, rewarding the performance of our employees, or conducting internal audit operations.
  • For the purpose of fulfilling our legal obligations, we process your personal data based on the legal grounds specified in Article 5, Paragraph 2, Subparagraph (ç) of the Law, which states “the data controller’s fulfillment of a legal obligation,” and Article 5, Paragraph 2, Subparagraph (a) of the Law, which states “explicitly provided for by laws.” As a company, we are subject to various legal obligations. For example, we may process your personal data to fulfill certain obligations arising from regulations such as tourism, tax, and insurance laws, and share your information with authorized public institutions or private organizations. Specifically, we may process your personal data to respond to legal requests from authorities such as judicial authorities, police forces, and regulatory bodies.

For what purposes do we process your data in order to be able to send you marketing communications and offer you special offers?

  • If you have provided your explicit consent, we process your name, surname, phone number, and email address based on the legal ground of explicit consent specified in Article 5, Paragraph 1 of the Law. This allows us to send you commercial electronic communications to inform you about our promotions and advertisements.
  • If you have provided your explicit consent, we process your personal data, such as your name, surname, gender, date of birth, marital status, phone number, email address, travel information (preferred vacation destination, spending amount, spending frequency, how many times you travel per year, preferred hotel category, and the name of the person making the reservation), marriage date, children’s information, and profession. This is based on the legal ground of explicit consent specified in Article 5, Paragraph 1 of the Law. This allows us to plan marketing activities, perform segmentation and profiling analyses, and offer you personalized marketing activities, enabling us to introduce products and services that are most suitable for you.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.

For what purposes and with whom can we share your personal data?

In certain situations, we may share your personal data with third parties. Below, we summarize the parties with whom we may share your personal data and the reasons for such sharing. We would like to emphasize that as BEAUTY FLIGHTS, we never share or disclose your personal data to unauthorized third parties for our own benefit.

The third parties with whom we may share your personal data and the reasons for sharing are as follows:

  • We may share your personal data with our business partners. We may share your personal data with our suppliers, such as accommodation service providers (hotels, etc.), transportation service providers (airlines or bus companies), insurance companies providing travel insurance services, or companies providing organizational services, which enable us to offer the products you purchase as part of our package tour services. Especially when you purchase tour packages that include international travel, the business partners to whom we transfer your data may be located abroad. In many cases, the third parties to whom we transfer your personal data may process your data as data controllers.
  • We may share your personal data with our suppliers. In some cases, we use third-party services outside of BEAUTY FLIGHTS to communicate with you. In this context, we may receive services from suppliers related to the management of our website, provision of information technology infrastructure, and other directly related services. Additionally, we may share your personal data with lawyers to protect our company’s legal and economic security. In such cases, we may transfer your personal data to these suppliers.
  • We may transfer your personal data to financial institutions. To process payments for our services, we may share your personal data with banks or payment institutions.
  • We may share your personal data with authorized public institutions or private individuals, if legally requested. In compliance with our legal obligations, we may need to share your personal data with authorized public institutions or relevant organizations due to the insurance and tax regulations we are subject to, either routinely or upon request. For example, we may share your personal data with public authorities in response to information requests made by courts during criminal investigations or during tax audits.

For what purposes and with whom do we transfer your data for our marketing activities?

  • To send you commercial communications, we share your name, surname, phone number, and email information with our suppliers who provide communication services. Furthermore, in accordance with the Regulation on Commercial Communications and Commercial Electronic Messages, we upload the consent information related to the sending of commercial communications, including your name, surname, phone number, and email information, to the Message Management System as required by our legal obligations.

  • We share your name, surname, gender, date of birth, marital status, phone number, email address, travel information (such as your preferred vacation destination, spending amount, spending frequency, how often you travel per year, preferred hotel category, transportation preferences, and the person making the reservation), marriage date, children’s information, and profession with our domestic and international suppliers who provide application hosting and server services in order to receive these services.

What are your rights regarding your personal data and how can you exercise them?
Under Article 11 of the Law, as a data subject, you have several rights regarding your personal data. In this section, we would like to provide you with information about the rights you have and how you can exercise them.
According to Article 11 of the Law, your rights are as follows:

  • You can learn whether your personal data is being processed by us,

  • If your personal data has been processed by us, you can request information from us regarding this.

  • You can learn the purposes for which your personal data is being processed and whether your personal data is being used in accordance with those purposes.

  • You can learn the third parties to whom we transfer your personal data, both domestically and internationally.

  • If we have processed your personal data incompletely or incorrectly, you can request its correction, and you can also request that the correction be communicated to the third parties to whom we have transferred your personal data.

  • Even though we have processed your personal data in accordance with the Law and relevant other legal provisions, if the reasons for processing your personal data no longer exist, you can request the deletion or destruction of your personal data, and you can also request that this correction be communicated to the third parties to whom we have transferred your personal data.

  • If the data we have processed leads to an outcome that is detrimental to you through automated systems, you can object to this result.

  • If you suffer any damages due to the unlawful processing of your personal data, you can request compensation for the damage caused by the unlawful data processing.

You can exercise your rights by submitting requests regarding your rights mentioned above to us. To ensure that you can exercise these rights in accordance with the requirements of the legislation and have easy control over your personal data, you can apply to our company.

It is mandatory to include,

  • Your first and last name, and if the application is in writing, your signature,
  • For Turkish citizens, your Turkish Identification Number, and if you are a foreigner, your nationality, passport number, or identity number (if any),
  • Your residence or workplace address for notification purposes,
  • If applicable, your electronic mail address, phone number, and fax number for notification purposes,
  • The subject of your request,

in your application and if there is any information and documents related to the subject, they must also be attached to the application.

For written applications, you can submit them with the required documents to the following address as the data controller: Nisbetiye Mah. Gazi Güçnar Sok. No: 4 D: 2 Beşiktaş / İstanbul, or you can send them via notary.

Depending on the nature of your request, you must provide complete and accurate information and documents that will allow for the identification of your identity.

If the requested information and documents are not provided properly, there may be delays or issues in the full and proper execution of the investigation related to your request by BEAUTY FLIGHTS. In this case, BEAUTY FLIGHTS reserves the right to declare that it retains its legal rights. Therefore, your application must include all the necessary and requested information and documents, based on the nature of your request.

We will respond to your application as soon as possible, and no later than thirty days. As a general rule, requests made by data subjects will be answered free of charge; however, if additional costs arise, we reserve the right to charge you according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority.
